It seems to match the description, but I can't tell you if it works or not. It was shipped with a Dell power supply that uses a different plug, so I have to exchange it. The overall appearance is definitely that of a used computer. The top cover has a noticeable ding in it, and there are the remains of several paper labels on the case, but nothing that would make it unusable. Hopefully the replacement includes the correct power supply.

I bought this machine to serve as a Home NAS. It demonstrates adequate power to support significant demands. It is a valuable purchase.

This has been a great computer to be designated for my Dakboard in our house. Quiet and discrete, this sits on our bookshelf in the living room. Although it is refurbished it runs like new and is very fast. Perfect for what we needed it for.

I purchased this and first thing I always do is run a virus scan and came back with previous virus traces, and additionally it doesn't allow me to add the computer to my virus subscription. I think these computers were all infected and they are reselling, this really should be not allowed. I got a replacement and that was also infected, so im sure that's why they are cheaper here.

UPDATE 11/28/2024: Apparently the PC I received does NOT have built in Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, even though it's advertised as having them. Nowhere in Device Manager are they found, and no amount of driver updates have added them. W11 doesn't even display a BT toggle to turn it on or off. I don't care about Wi-Fi, but I bought some Bluetooth speakers specifically to use with this PC, but now I can't (unless I buy an external BT adapter). So far this has been a great little PC that I used to replace an aging socket 478 HTPC that struggled to run W11. This one is so much faster at everything, even when Blue Iris is running with 6 cameras. However, one of the main reasons I picked this PC was for the HDMI adapter that's shown: female HDMI to male DisplayPort. The adapter that was sent was male HDMI to male DisplayPort and didn't work for my setup. Luckily, my local Walmart had the correct adapter so I was able to get this up and running quickly.

Received it in literally perfect condition, not a scratch or a speck of dust inside or outside. I was a bit worried about receiving one with cheap USB wifi and bluetooth, but thankfully it came with the internal Intel WIFI+BT card, as well as a WD SN720 NVMe SSD, as well as dual channel 2x8GB ram, which is better for video performance on the integrated GPU. The included DP-HDMI adapter works perfectly at 4k/60hz.Clean Win11 Pro setup without any additional preloaded stuff. Appreciate that it did not include e-waste keyboard/mouse.

I decided to purchase this to set up as a vSphere home server. It provides a good balance of functionality and power for an adequate price ($295 when I got it). My unit was clean with only very minor scratches. Packaging was perfect. Windows 11 Pro being included is a nice thing to have, unfortunately my license went to waste by virtue of running a Hypervisor. This is advertised as supporting Wi-Fi, HDMI and Bluetooth. No such luck. The description does mention the possibility of functionality being offered through accessories included but I do not consider that as proper support. I would go as far as saying that's misleading in fact. The included accessories to enable Bluetooth, HDMI and Wi-Fi are mediocre and not worth the trouble. Because I'm using this as a server, as long as it has a functioning ethernet port, it does the job for me. However, I must note that the unit I got had an antenna and only required a Network card, so self upgrades are possible. The slot can house a second Ethernet NIC as well. There is an additional M.2 NVMe slot for an additional SSD and my unit came with 1 stick of 16GB RAM which would have enabled a cheap upgrade to 32GB. I ended up purchasing a second NVMe SSD and 64GB of RAM.An annoying thing about my unit as well is the noticeable and annoying fan vibration. I had to put dampers to reduce the noise coming from the unit. Nothing was obviously broken inside so I'm not sure if this is widely spread or specific to my computer. All in all I'm reasonably happy with my purchase. I got my unit from the seller RefurbTechnologies.

The machine was clean and in good condition. The DisplayPort to HDMI cable, mouse, keyboard a smallexternal wifi adapter was included (The PC I received already contained a wifi card installed inside, so that extra USB wifi adapter was an unexpected bonus).Came with a beefy 120W power supply too. I decided to upgrade the the included 256 GB SSD to a 1 TB SSD, and did a fresh Windows 11 installation, it's working without issues. Pretty happy with this purchase.

Great computer, very clean, almost line new, worked great, however it did not meet my needs. I wanted a mini/micro computer to use as a home server. I have a 1tb ssd hard drive that I planned on installing on this computer but the hard drive caddy, ide cable, and misc. hardware were not included with the computer.I contacted customer support and never could get them to understand what I needed. This computer uses a proprietary ide cable and hd caddy, and they wanted me to purchase generic items that simply would not work. So even though the computer would work well for most applications, it did not suit my needs, so I returned it.

It's useless without the HDMI aodapter, so how can I even check it?So, my second review is, because it didn't come with the adapter, I had to test it away from the modem, using the provided USB Wi-Fi dongle... And the performance was a bunch of cheap garbage which could not hold a connection, causing me to set up a hotspot with my phone right next to it.In fact, the Wi-Fi dongle provided is worth about 1.83.If you're buying refurbished things, you should at least expect marginal functionality...Consider this, the Wi-Fi dongle that was included came with a mini CD driver, even though the mini tower does not support that ... And, the website of the manufacturer of that Wi-Fi dongle, is no longer in business. So, on the record, so far, the seller is laughableAnd, it gets better, having gone through a garbage aged Wi-Fi dongle that couldn't find my home network until I went through the startup process using a hotspot... And waiting for the HDMI to display port adapter I had to order myself because I didn't want to wait to arrive..Things worked swimmingly, until today when I realized that the only thing I'm saying is (get ready for a laugh) HP "Sure start", which then hangs on a black screen...I know enough about computers and anything else that if you have this many problems at the beginning, send it back, and call out the seller for selling junk.
