This product doesn't hold a charge, the charger has to be turned a certain way to even charge the device and if it isn't it will not charge it and the device will turn off and hybernate in the middle of usage. None of this was notated by seller with product at all with this and I'm highly disappointed that it was oversold for what it was especially given that it doesn't even charge correctly or fully.

I did return the product due to not reading the description on where it said "built in ram", i needed additional ram and of course that could no be added. Other than that the item itself was flawless and ran great. I did order another laptop from the same seller, just more ram included.

Lightweight, but full featured with Windows 10 installed. Arrived in one day--very fast shipping. A couple of scratches on the cover, but otherwise in clean, good condition and working perfectly. Good battery life. Needed a lightweight mini notebook to take on the road with me for running Office & Outlook so I leave my full featured multimedia notebook computer behind. It's perfect for that. Couldn't be happier with this purchase

I love the product and it's perfect for what I need. It simply isn't functional without a working battery. Should have never been sent to me in this condition. I do want to keep it and hope the seller will compensate me for, in my opinion, such an easily avoidable mistake. As a business owner I would be extremely embarrassed. .......new extended review. I got a replacement from Amazon. Initially terrible but I'll give it a try and time. Given that my main concern was battery life not lasting on the 1st one, I received the next one with no power to even turn it on. Also the exact same people were inspecting both. Joel and Michelle. Of course the second one I got today didn't include a charger like it was supposed to just in case that is the issue.
