It was exactly like what came with our original microwave and after spending an hour on the phone with Amana rep, we ended up with a plate that worked (the groove was in the proper location) but had a diameter that was 2” smaller and cost significantly more. We returned it after coming across this plate.

It’s the right size, but it just doesn’t rise high enough for the surrounding shelf. Will adjust it higher to clear, to allow it to turn.

Saved money and it fit like a glove in the LG microwave. Make sure you don’t have the three little grooves in the middle of your plate because it won’t fit.
