Muy buena calidad, los monté hace un mes aprox y funcionan muy bien, recomendados para cambiar los de porcelana originales que son frágiles

Good fit in the caliper. O-rings are identical to original shimano. initial install and bleed was successful. I'll update after some test riding if there are any issues

Installed this piston kit into my m8000 caliper after noticing a cracked piston (crunchy sound from the caliper). Cleaned the caliper with brake clean and air. Oiled the seals. Piston pushed in easy. I thought great. bled my brakes. press the brakes and it seemed to work. Pressed again and its getting harder. press a few more times and there is no more lever movement. Looked at the pistons and they are not retracting. bled again. Same problem. tried like 5 more times. Problem is the piston kept pushing threw the seal and not retracting. Tried Oem and package seals. The same thing happened. Measured These are 21.9mm shimano 22mm.for testing cause this was driving me crazy. I tried installing back the oem pistons. one good one and the cracked one. the pistons were nearly impossible to put back in without my vise. Drastic difference. Bled and my brakes work perfect again. this drove me nuts for like 3 hours. i know riding with a chipped piston is probably not a smart thing to do. there seemed to be enough meat on the piston not to leak oil. im preying it holds up till i can get another caliper here.I so wanted this to work as this is on my spare bike and dont like to spend a lot of money maintaining a bike that might see 500-1000 miles a year. $20 seemed a lot better than a $60 caliper but between all the brake fluid and time i wasted. I should have just bought a new caliper from the start and had some spare parts. Great idea. Poor execution.Edit…. If you read this. Bought aftermarket ceramic ones and the are perfect.

Quick and easy replacement for Shimano Deore Brakes. Fits perfect works like original so far.

Worked like hoped. Much better solution than full caliper replacment when you are talking about XTR.

Have a cracked ceramic piston? THESE WORK GREAT. Easy to install too. Push the old piston out, remove the old seal, clean the caliper with brake clean. Install the new seal. Lube seal and piston. Careful to push piston in squarely. Reassemble caliper and attach hose. Bleed and go RIDE.Just buy and rebuild that caliper. 😎

The pistons were used on a 2020 Shimano 8100 that blew on the trail. Not downhil. Not even Enduro. Just a short trail ride on Santos in Ocala FL. Thought we were buying new calipers. Nope. These snapped in using the new gaskets. The old one was destroyed by the shattered ceramic. So far 12 miles with great results. Gonna replace the front cause losing a caliper on the trail sucks. As many of us Shimano users seem to know.

The piston itself is too thick. Leading to a tighter fit for my brake which require me to file down my new brake pads. Compare to other piston replacement on Amazon, this one included many gaskets, but they don't fit my Ultegra so I have to reuse the old ones. Overall it is a good replacement if you are willing to put in the work to make it fit. Probably will buy again.
