In making test photos with the ICE 720hb filter I learned that the glass is very good because of so many anomalies I had to eliminate. With such long exposure times ghosting was a problem. When I rid my shots of those by shading the filter holder I discovered a bizarre arc in the photos. I finally traced this to the Canon tilt-shift lens I was using. That corrected, I was left with pristine shots provided by the ICE filter. There were no problems with it. Recommended.

A high quality filter for professionals and amateurs alike. This 100mm x 100mm square infrared filter fits perfectly into my NiSi holder for those times when I only want IR light at 720nm to pass through to my sensor. To the naked eye it doesn't look like any light is getting through.Make sure you shade any extraneous light from hitting the filter once its mounted on your lens and tripod.
