Installation Guidelines:
1) Unplug unit from wall outlet
2) Remove Motor hood and disconnect control board, keep track of connections.
3) Dismount old board and mount new one.
4) Reverse the leads disconnected in step 2
5) Plug in Machine and calibrate the unit, search you tube search "calibrate icon treadmill" for instance.

After watching numerous Youtube clips on treadmill diagnosis and repair, I was 90% sure the issue was the motor control board. I went onto the manufacturer website and to my dismay the part was no longer available. Fortunately I checked on Amazon and not only did they recommend a new improved board but it was delivered inside of one week. I was able to install the new board, which works perfectly. The only downside are the instructions are ok, but could have used more detail. I'd suggest having a link to a website with video instructions. Otherwise really satisfied that it works properly.
