Seems to work very good so far. It is definitely for a larger bar. Simple solution is to wrap the bar with black electrical tape until it's to the correct circumference. The tape is just slightly wider than the mount itself. No one would ever know you used electrical tape.

After the rubber brand broke holding my old mount to the stem, I knew it was time for something better.This thing's legit. It's a snap to install and held my computer secure for a 15 mile ride this morning.It looks clean and sharp. Definitely a must-buy if you're looking for an inexpensive computer mount.

This mount was included for free with the BSC100 computer. It works perfectly and the offset lines up in the center. The computer is easy to take on and off and is held securely while riding, even on gravel roads. Very clean design and solidly built.

Works well. Looks like you could rotate the mounting plate 90 degrees if you needed to. bolt fitting is good quality. Fits standard Garmin style mount. I mounted my iGS630 head and it had a little more resistance when rotating it on than the originally supplied mount.Check the size of your bar where you will mount it because they assume a thick bar. It does come with one thin rubberized mounting ring but you may need to add layers of rubber (I used an old cut up inner tube) to build it up to the correct size. It would have been good if they included a few layers to be able to fit a thinner bar such as mine (see pic).
