My husband uses this all the time in his exercise routine. It is very well crafted and works quite well. A handy aspect is that it is small enough for him to pack and take along with him when we travel.

It's not the highest quality, but it works as advertised. I've been using pretty much consistently and I've had no issues with springs or anything. I do own 2 (one for 5 springs and the other I leave for 3 springs), and one of the springs on the hand gripper part came out, but that's probably because of my mistreatment if anything. The part that matters, the main springs I havent had any issues with and considering the price, I would definitely recommend.

Came ready to use and can be adjusted to change the number of springs in use. I've found this to be very good at exercising my chest, shoulders, and arms. Exactly what I wanted!

It is easy to adjust the tension according to the required tensile strength of the user by adding or eliminating the number of parallel springs. That facilitates its use by the strong athlete down to a frail senior. I bought a similar device earlier but was disappointed, but this one is very useful.

I bought this for my 15-year-old son who recently started wrestling in his freshman year of high school and so I haven’t even seen it yet but he says it’s pretty cool, says it’s really hard to stretch out across his chest. He did say that the finger exercisers seem to be a little weak.

I'm really surprised these aren't more popular. Yes, it won't take the place of a gym (or a home set of weights) but there's actually quite a bit you can do with this. Even if you just use it for two exercises (chest expanders and grip strengtheners) that's still a great value, given the fact that this is less than $20 (or less than $10 if you get it used). The grip exercise alone is easily worth that. This is a great piece of equipment to have around when you don't necessarily have the energy to do a full hour-long workout, but still want to do a little something besides cardio and stretching. I'll add that I've been a weightlifter pretty much all my life and especially when you first get it, the chest expander exercise is still very challenging--meaning this can be used by pretty much anybody, since it can be easily adjusted.

Product works very well ,only issue I have with it is I wish they put a little padding on the handles because the hard plastic gets hard on the hands pretty quick

I like it very much that I can take the spring off for my strength.To make it better, the product i used before has a safety string inside of each spring just in case the spring snaps which may not happen at all, but the safety is there.In general it's a good purchase, it's worth.

I use chest expanders to supplement my workout. Recently, I had one of the "better" quality rubbery elastic bands snap and it struck me. It hurt, however it did not hit me in the eyes. I was lucky......no more rubbery expanders.This chest expander uses metal springs and metal fasteners to secure the springs onto the handles.....not the best quality, but for the price point, it's excellent. Great workout, with no worries about breakage and being struck. Time will tell how the springs wear after continued use. We'll see.But again, at this price point, for a SAFE chest expander, it is well worth it. I will buy definitely it again.
