Not only did they get it here fast as heck, they also helped me with issues after the install. After swapping out the old one for this new one, the forklift did not run well. It smelled and sounded like it was running rich. I sent the seller pictures of the install and he took the time to edit the photos and show me exactly where the lean/rich screw was in a way I could understand and after and adjustment , the forklift ran perfect.Any seller can dropship a product, but these guys actually know the products they sell and how to troubleshoot them. I will not use anyone else when it comes to forklift parts. When you find FANTASTIC, you stick with it and I would highly encourage you to do the same!B&J Sheet Metal

My forklift had been giving me trouble. It didn’t want to keep running then one day it just wouldn’t start. This part fixed it. I was worried about the different part number but it appears this is an upgrade to the discontinued Cat part. The forklift has never run this good for me.
