This would have been a good product for me, but there were other issues with my sound system that made this unit not work correctly in my 2008 GMC Savana cargo van. Hooking up and mounting the camera would have been great, but lost interest after not being able to hook up to speakers. Unit itself would have been good and did have alright sound when hooked up to extra outside speakers.

I got this for my boyfriend to install in his 2009 Toyota Camry and its perfect. He lovesw it the touch screen works so well and the blurtooth adapts so well. I's worth the money however you will need to buy like 4 additional things to fully install it.

I bought the radio to replace the one that died in my 2015 Caravan. With a mounting kit and a harness kit, I was able to get it installed. The GOOD:- Radio works as expected and sounds reasonable for the price.- I can play mp3s from the SD card.- Plenty of customization features. The BAD:- I have not been able to connect via bluetooth. I can see the radio on my phone, but it refuses to connect.- I bought this radio because it did not need a module to interface to the steering wheel controls. Big mistake. The controls do not work at all. It could be that the controls need to be mapped to the radio or its just incompatible with my vehicle. I can't tell since the instructions are worthless and tech support is nonexistent. No website, no phone number.- Lastly, the phone link does not connect. It you forces to download some software and then the software does not connect with the radio.I would not buy this radio.

Instalada y funcionando.

I paid a shop in Mexicali to install this in my 2001 suburban, along with some new pioneer speakers. I did have to get a new dash piece, so it would fit properly and look nice and neat. Otherwise, everything seems to work great. FM radio, backup camera, Bluetooth works great. The little remote control works well. If you want a cheap Bluetooth backup camera system, I recommend this one. I suspect issues people have are due to errors of installation. If you don't know how, just pay a professional. Being in Mexico is cheaper than to have an American shop do the same job.

My 10 year old Kenwood double din touch screen stopped working. I purchased this double din in dash stereo head unit to replace it and this head unit seemed like a great bargain. The Pro's...it included a camera, and the wiring to install it. I already had a back up camera installed so I just connected the existing rca plug...here is the Con, when I put the truck in reverse it would automatically turn the video on to back up using my Kenwood head unit. This unit does not. There is nothing in the instruction to indicate what I'm doing wrong. My solution: I connected the rear camera to the head units front camera rca input and select the front camera icon on the Home Screen and it works. It's not automatic but it does work now.A Pro... you can connect a microphone to use it for BT calls. The Con, it did not include the microphone, I reused the Kenwood microphone, as of this writing, I haven't tested this yet.A Pro... it does include an IR remote and another IR remote that attaches to the steering wheel, as of this writing they haven't been tested yet.A Con... it does have L/R rca outputs for an external amplifier. But only 1 set, so no seperate front and rear rca outputs. I had to buy 2 rca splitters to connect front and rear rca outputs to my amp.A few Pro's... screen looks great, sounds really good connected to my Kenwood 5 channel amp, it was very easy to set up, touchscreen is responsive. BT connectivity was very easy and automatic once the head unit is paired for the first time.So far it does everything my 10 year old Kenwood unit used to do. And if this could last for several years it would defintely be worth the money.Keep in mind, if you want a microphone for BT calls, you will need to buy one. You might need to buy 2 rca splitters to connect to an amp to have front and rear rca connections for your 4 or 5 channel amp. You might need to buy a wiring harness adapter for your factory radio wiring (highly recommend this) and a dash install kit for your particular vehicle. Here is a little bit more useful info:There is a lot of questions if this stereo will fit in their car. There are two standard aftermarket stereo head unit sizes, single din and double din. If your car dash stereo opening is 2 inches tall by 7 inches wide you have a single din. If your car dash stereo opening is at least 4 inches tall and 7 inches wide then your vehicle has a double din opening. You can with an adapter put a single din into a double din dash opening but you can not put a double din stereo into a single din dash opening.
