I do swish at least 2 min and gargle for 30 seconds before bed time with only 15 ml of ioRinse. No more bitter and smelly taste the next morning, and no more thick yellow stuff on the tongue! It worked the 1st time I used it. No more searching for other mouthwash from now on. 👍

Have not tried. My Hygenitec in dental office wanted me to try. Guina Pig. She wants to sell it. She told me the brand but not which one. I used to have 4 bridges and gum problems. Now just 2. Lost one and other replaced by implant. Had huge bridge. Lots of flossing. Can bleed. Not sure I bought the right one. Expensive. Ordered was delayed one day.

I thought it would help me with dry mouth too. It made it worse. However I am going finish the bottle. 76 yrs old so I get up several times during the night. I use Biotiene to help my dry mouth. I use a CPAP.
