The lid has an awkward twist when I close the case. In order to lock the latches you have to force the lid to make the latches line up. Clearly a lack of quality control and bad craftsmanship. The case will probably protect the guitar inside my own home but I would not recommend this for traveling it's very cheaply made and overpriced for the value of what you're getting. If you're considering buying this I would really encourage you to spend a few extra dollars and get a better case.you might even be able to find a no name brand that is better quality and comparable price.

This case was made for the Jackson guitar I purchased, the interior is made with a thick fur like material. I don’t gig so it was the perfect case for me, I wouldn’t recommend this case for heavy giging , it’s basically for in home use or studio use and light travel.
