Very basic case for the JBL microphones but works as described. The case only really fits JBL brand microphones and no other brands. It is a little softer than I would prefer, but keeps the mics covered.

This is a review of a Vine product. I am a musician and have a collection of microphones. I recently acquired a new pair of wireless rechargeable mics that I really like. This box is advertised as a case for the JBL Party Box microphones. Ever the optimist I ordered, convincing myself that my beautiful new mics would fit anyway, even if I had to modify the case a bit.Thing is, no. Other mics may fit, but don't count on it unless you do some serious research and measurement. Mine do not fit. The box cannot be modified to make them fit. But I do like this box! I can use if for other things that go with me everywhere on my gigs. It is very well made and strong. I believe you could probably step on it and not hurt the contents. I'll use if for guitar tuners, capos, little pig-tails for charging equipment (like wireless mics). It is quite utilitarian.I have no doubt that if you have the JBL Party Box pair of wireless mics that this box would be your ticket, something to protect your sensitive equipment (mic drops destroy them). But even though I will likely never aquire those mics, this box is quite useful in my business. Your non-JBL wireless mics may well fit, and if they do its a real win. This box is well built and actually a pretty good value. I'm also thinking about carrying my cigars in it, seriously!

I got this case to house some new wireless mics I had however the dimensions I was provided for the mics were incorrect and didn't fit. The dimensions specified in the product images however is correct so just double check to make sure they will fit before purchasing.Overall the case is easy to open and I like the zippered pouch to include batteries and mic socks. The zippers open easily and the case is rigid enough that it seems it will easily take a 6ft fall without any damage to the mics. It has enough bulk that it can also bang around in a gear bag while offering protection. Overall seems like a good value for the money.

The zipper is always an issue. With this one, well, not a bad zipper, we'll see how long it really lasts, but seems good. But the case is fairly strong in the way it's built, and I like the "form based" style which helps with horizontal strength (something sitting on top of it's flat side for instance). So yeah, my Shure mics will go in here, perfectly.

This fits my AA-powered JBL wireless mics perfectly. You might need a different case for the newer rechargeable ones, however. There's plenty of extra room in the upper pocket for the receiver and spare batteries without risk of crushing the mics, so they seem well-protected. The only thing potentially of concern is the long-term durability of zipper, but I'll update this review if it wears out over time.

This will hold, protect and carry your mic. The price is great and you could stuff two in this thing as well. At $16.99 I think it’s a great deal. 4 stars.
