I got these hoping to use it to hold work orders in my shop, but unfortunately it just doesn't work in our situation. We have sets of work orders in small plastic envelopes that apparently are too slick to allow these to grab on and hold. They work fine in our current setup, but apparently the "marble" grip is only grippy enough for certain things. I was hoping this would be the perfect solution, but it unfortunately isn't going to work for us.

Papers hold well in the channel containing glass balls. Simple pull to remove. I used one to hold a paper references on a electronic workbench that had been blowing about and getting lost. Works well with even thin paper, receipts, or order tickets. Strips are constructed of aluminum and are solidly built. They are squared off at the top, creating a flat ledge about 1-inch wide, allowing for storage of pencils, pens, markers, etc. Mounts with 4 screws. Package comes with sheet metal screws and anchors, but screws are not long enough expand anchors in drywall - plan on using longer #8 screws.Applications for these strips abound, restaurants, medical, schools, etc. These are solidly constructed and an excellent value if you need them in several places or want to share some.
