I used these as support columns on my acrylic Wimshurst machine. It has acrylic discs, acrylic disc supports acrylic handles and an acrylic base. It looks great with all of the clear acrylic and brass.I messed up a couple of drill holes by using my normal drilling fluid. Then I saw a video of someone using dish soap and water. So I tried it. Perfect holes every time.
