This coffee machine is expensive but I have absolutely no regrets buying it. I drink a lot of coffee and until this machine apparently a lot of bad coffee. This machine functionality is so easy to use and it makes amazing coffee every time. I recommend getting a clear glass mug because it even looks amazing as it comes out of the machine. As for the cleaning, the directions come with the manual and are straight forward and easy to follow.

Wish it was easier to clean the frother. We use our old frother instead.

I have a black Jura 6 purchased 7 years ago. It still operates well and makes great cup of coffee. Bought this one for family member and she loves it. A few small changes over the years which I do like and know she will get years of service. Is cheaper to operate over the years than a Keurig- not to mention fresh ground coffee made for your cup is so much better than coming from a plastic cup that was ground a year prior.Jura will pay for itself.Note: I drink 3 to 4 cups everyday- is in excess 1500 cups per year. My bean cost is under $18.00 per month.My wife is a Keurig person spends $8.00 per week$32.00 per month and drinks only 12 cups per week- far less than me and her cost is 3 or 4 times as much (consider I drink twice what she does)Jura is better cup of coffee, simple economic choice and no land fill for plastic Keurig cups-

The machine worked fine for two months. Suddenly the machine indicates that water needs to be refilled. The water tank was completely filled. I looked up what the problem could be, it turned out to be a printed circuit board in the machine that was probably broken. I immediately sent an email to Jura. The problem is that I bought the machine in the USA but then transported it to a tropical island where I live. Jura.com took a very long time to answer my emails. All they said was that I had to call. That's an expensive joke! I even indicated that I wanted to pay for the part but then I still had to call! And that doesn't work. I can't get in touch with Jura! What bad service!

Only dislike is the beans dont always fall into grinder, bad design, annoying at this price point

This makes a fantastic cappuccino when it works. I've had this machine for six days when the milk frother stopped working. I regularly rinse the milk system after every use to avoid the common frothing complain that others have.
