It was a bit bigger than the original nut I was replacing, but with some double sided tape and some sand paper, I was able to sand it down precisely, and I removed all the screws from mine, but they are definitely helpful if it's too low.

I used it to replace the plastic nut, on my Chibson “Black Beauty” HHH, with a “Bigsby”.Width is perfect. It was a bit too tall. Only needed a little bit of sanding. Removed about, .003”. Oddly the same thickness as the base plate.It looks really nice. There is no binding. The rollers move very smoothly. Overall, I consider it a very good value. I highly recommend one. Especially if you have a tremolo.

This nut was advertised to fit a Les Paul/SG style guitar, but as seen in the picture it is not even close. Attempted install on a 2013 Gibson LPJ and as you can see with me just letting it sit on the nut slot its a mile off. Waste of $16.

I got a Sawtooth ES Hybrid for Christmas and it was a good guitar. I got one with a Wilkinson Tremolo but, anytime I used the tremolo for anything harder than a light vibrato, I would have to retune before playing further. I tried filing the nut a little, trying different strings, and lubricating the nut but, it would still seem that the A and G would get hung in the nut if the tension went below a certain point. My last resort was this rolling bridge. It made my Hybrid go from a wall hanging curiosity, to my "Go-to" when I want to play. I didn't have to adjust the height any but, I couldn't use the baseplate that came with it or the nut would be too high for my taste.

Be very good fitting product looking to keep more of these on hand, if use fender style neck get roller trees with it.
