I bought this mini pc mainly for doing internet things, docs, pics and light gaming....and lets not forget a small footprint. So far it's checked all the boxes for me. Its quick and I can multitask with no lag through windows 11. It has a cool design and a vented area that has an Led glow of either blue for pc on and running and red for standby. It has a good amount of ports for hdmi, various usb standards etc, no sd card reader. Quality seems goodI think this is a good buy. I will monitor future longevity, fingers crossed this lasts.

So far this unit is great. Easy Set Up. Fast. Great graphics. Great surfing speed with video playing in the background. Well worth the cost. Super portable.

This computer, with 16GB RAM+512GB M.2 SSD is an outstanding value. It runs Windows 11 Pro, which is pre-installed, perfectly. Responsiveness is what you would expect out of a larger system with higher specs. Websites load almost instantaneously, and most applications such as word processing, Libre Office, and so on work fine.I am using this computer as a Plex Media Server, connected to an external USB hard drive with all my movies and media on it. It works perfectly. I can stream videos at full resolution to my Roku TV, and web browsers on other computers in my house. No glitches, no dropped frames, no problems of any sort. They give you an excellent piece of advice when setting it up. That is to pretend you do not have an internet connection. This will install Windows 11 Pro with a local account, and prevent it from downloading tedious updates during the setup process, which could take hours. Using a local account instead of signing up for a Microsoft account is definitely the way to go.

Makes for a great little media server and light-duty couch PC. Packaging is good, with tamper-tape before opening.I was a little concerned getting a PC that only had 0.5 TB of storage, but I figured I would just add an external drive. So I was surprised and delighted to see that it comes with an optional flush-mounted USB-C to SATA attachment that fits a standard 2.5" laptop hard drive directly underneath the PC. Both the PC and the hard drive extension have mounting holes, and the PC shipped with a matching bracket. Its external power supply is only 30 W, making it pretty low-footprint. If you're planning on adding an eGPU, it's going to need its own power. It has four USB-A connections, two HDMI, an RJ45 ethernet port, 3.5mm microphone mini-jack, and a hole for a kensington lock. Both WiFi and Bluetooth are built-in (essential for a media server, IMO) so you can mount it anywhere, plug in the power supply, and connect to your network and wireless input devices. For around $200, this seems like a good value and meets my needs.Oh, and the Win11 installation isn't loaded with a ton of bloatware, which is greatly appreciated.

The KAMRUI Mini PC has been a perfect solution for my Plex server needs! With the 12th Gen Intel Alder Lake-N100 processor and 12GB of fast LPDDR5 RAM, it handles media streaming without any hiccups. The 256GB SSD is excellent for OS and app storage, and expanding with up to 2TB of additional storage is easy for my media library needs. The dual HDMI outputs are fantastic if I want to connect it to multiple screens, and the 4K support ensures a great viewing experience.Streaming through WiFi or Ethernet has been smooth and reliable, with zero buffering issues so far. This mini PC is compact yet powerful and makes an outstanding Plex server for anyone wanting a dedicated device. Couldn’t be happier!

I bought this thing because someone asked me to put together what amounts to a messaging appliance for an elderly person. She won't wear her glasses and refuses to use a mobile device, so a little PC connected to a 40" TV turned out to be the way to go.This thing feels flimsy AF but I want to emphasize that it's FINE. It's cheap plastic and if it has any sort of internal heat sink, it has to be made of some kind of moon metal because it doesn't even have the heft I'd associate with with a chunk of aluminum. Likewise, the included transformer ("wall wart") isn't in any way substantial, which makes me think it's probably not very well made either. I have a drawer full of other options in that department. The OTHER point of concern I have is that this PC's Windows installation is a little weird. This computer shipped with Windows 11 Professional, but the installation skipped the Out of Box Experience and only asked me to create a local user account, in spite of being connected via Ethernet. I know how to make Windows do that, but it's really weird to find a shipping commercial product configured in that way. Absent very particular configuration, Windows 11 normally insists that users create a Microsoft account and won't let users complete the installation process without doing so. This might be a feature for a lot of people. Microsoft accounts are kind of a headache to a lot of home users. On the plus side, it is a $100ish PC with maybe the first decent budget CPU I've seen since the mid-90s. The four 12th generation Intel cores + m.2 SSD make this a zippy little guy. It's absolutely respectable for everything I bought it to do.The 2.5" drive bay is a flat plate attached to the bottom of the PC by means of a male USB C connector. and a flimsy locking mechanism. This thing would be downright AMAZING as a small storage server if those plates were stackable or could be supplemented with a USB hub of some sort as well as the drive bay. I didn't need it for my use, but I did test to make sure it worked. It looked and felt cheap enough that there was a real question about that. It'd probably be easy enough to 3D print something and honestly that might actually make the quality of the build go up.I'm not a fan of the constant blue LED glow from the edge of this PCs but the person I bought it for doesn't seem to mind.
