I bought a new handlebar that had an integrated mount. Unfortunately, the provided mount wasn’t big enough to support the Edge 1040. This one looked like it would be long enough, and I can confirm that it works well on the Edge 1040. The mount is long enough that I have easy access to both bottom buttons, even with gloves on. The aluminum is sturdy and does not look like it will loosen in the bar mount. Very happy with the design of the Edge mounting surface as it will hold it tight.

I like the fit on the actual handlebars… I think it just sticks out a little bit too far. But it also makes it easier to use a handlebar bag. So it’s a great product it’s just that I’m picky about looks.

Bought this for my 2022 Madone so that I can fit both my Garmin and Cycliq camera on the front of my bike. This does the job perfectly. Easy to install and even has a side bolt to adjust the tilt angle. Overall glad I made the purchase.
