I have been using this jack for 1 1/2 years on a Falcon 21ft RV. It replaced a non working $400 jack that had been giving me trouble for several months. I couldn't be happier. I did have to mount it sideways on the RV because my tow vehicle, 2019 4Runner, rear door would hit it mounted straight on. There were enough holes in the jack to line up with the holes in the RV tongue, so that was easy to do. It has worked great and given me no problems.

Arrived a day early. Packed super well and in perfect condition. A very simple install on our 2014 Cougar trailer. Quiet and smooth. I'm super pleased with the addition of several extra mounting holes which allowed me to mount it sideways for much more tailgate clearance. Just be sure to grind or sand the paint away from the chosen mounting holes as it uses the trailer frame as the ground. The only downside was the length on the wiring. I use every bit of it. Another foot or two of wire length would be very helpful.

I really like this jack. Works well and for the price seems really great so far.One thing to note. When installing you may need to run a ground wire to the frame of your trailer. I am guessing due to the paint on the jack surface it doesn’t bond. It’ll lead to intermittent operation or none at all. Open the cap, install a wire from the ground to the trailer and you’re all set.

We had a hand crank jack that was horrid! It squeaked, it was hard to crank, and just barely cleared the propane tanks. The best thing that happened was when the trailer came off the truck and folded that stupid thing under. Scary incident, but forced us to upgrade. The drop pole is awesome, we only need to move it a few inches to get it off the hitch. No more sweating, cursing or squealing. A push of a button bsssshhhhht, off the hitch, bssssshhhhhht, leveled. It survived a deluge of rain with the cover on. I'm in Alaska, so no need for the little light just yet, but it will be nice once we start getting dark again. Curious to see if cold affects the performance. Will try and remember to update after moose hunting, as this is the coldest trip of the year. Overall, performing well, and worth the money!

I am a 74-year-old woman and was able to remove my manual jack and install this one. Had a little help with a friend on doing the wiring, but I am so happy with this product.

Fit right in with no hassles at all! But I have to say it’s not as beefy as my original jack, came with bolts and all, but was not able to use them. Used my old hardware to install on my 26 footer travel trailer. Not able to test the electric motor, but manual crank was easy to use with little effort. Will update feedback once a full test it’s performed. UPDATE: installed wiring and works decently, it will do the job. Hope it lasts for a while. Thanks!

I own a 24' travel trailer, and we camp alot, every weekend were going somewhere. The trailer is heavy enough that jacking it up takes the wind out of me. Not anymore!,just press the button and up she goes! Was a very easy install to,and the LED light is a welcome bonus.

It works well, installed easily, and the price was right. The hole pattern appears to be standard and lined up well, so it was a quick install. It's nice looking and I like the rain cover. One suggestion is to include a butt connector, or a male and female quick disonnect, of the right size for the wiring. I had one fortunately, but they cost pennies and it would save a lot of people a trip to the hardware store if they don't have one (i.e. some kind of wiring connector to crimp on, to connect the jack to the trailer wiring) . The instructions are also somewhat pathetic. Specifically, it said that the annoying inline fuse is no longer needed -- which was fortunate because mine had rusted out, I would have needed to replace it, and I didn't have one! At the same time, the instructions claim that the fuse isn't needed because that this jack has a circuit breaker, an internal one of some kind, one is left to assume, and yet there is no apparent reset button on the unit that I could see, and the instructions don't say how you would reset the breaker if it tripped. I decided to just wire it to the system with a butt connector and it worked fine. I will take my chances; if it has a circuit breaker that trips and I can't figure out how to reset it to restore power by unscrewing the cover, there is always the option of using the manual crank arm I guess! So a 5, but definitely with suggestions.

Cranking by hand is a lot of work and this is so nice it's a little slow moving but does the job
