The line works great. I've used this line before.But I don't like advertisers/seller's promoting their product as 5/16' when I have clearly measured it at EXACTLY 1/4". Please get KUFA to change this. Also, the product in the picture is completely different from what you receive. It doesn't make a difference, but please place a current pic of the lead core line with the actual orange colouration. It just instills confidence that the buyer is getting what they ordered. The line works just fine, but loss of 2 stars for not being 5/16' when you advertise it as such. Perhaps some customers actually really need the 5/16' and this isn't it.

this lead core line was used to connect a small boat between the shore and a sunken anchor, it works well

I like this rope for one of my crab pots. I ordered the 200’ and ended up cutting off 50’. Best thing about this is that the rope is already pretty relaxed and doesn’t easily get tangled up when splashing. I have a couple 150’ from a local fishing store that is very tangled and if I can’t get them to relax before the next crab season I will look to buy more of this, hopefully in 150’ lengths so I don’t have to cut down the 200’ ones. I would recommend.

If you are crabbing you MUST have this.Excess line won’t float to the surface and cause a hazard to other people such as water skiers and power boaters etc.
