Great for the price, but make sure you stake down good. Mine blew over and bent. We ended up using rebar and it hasn’t moved since

This turned out way better than we were expecting. The chicken wire is painted green and very high quality. The rest of the steel rods were very solid and we had no trouble with anything being bent, or getting bent. The box was BIG and HEAVY, and very intimidating. Note that this is a kit. None of the wire is precut. You will have to cut the pieces yourself. Came with a wrench but no snips. Before you start go buy about 300 extra nylon ties, because to built it SOLID the 250 it comes with will not be enough. We didn't put wire over the top because I reinforced everything as we went and put a metal roof on it. I turned a similar car port into a horse stall and it lasted forever. This chicken run is very solid now. We cut the back piece out of a single stretch of chicken wire and the trimmed of pieces fit the front top left and right just perfect. Since we didn't do the top we had a lot of chicken wire left for other things. The instructions are simple and good but it still took us over 8 hours to assemble it, with just a single large top over the roof for now. The tarp that comes with it is not the greatest but not bad. We didn't use it since we already had a large tarp. While not predator proof, no chicken run is, we fit one layer coop and two large steel dog kennels inside, for our 4 hens. They roost themselves in the early evening and we LOCK them up every single night. This is really the Perfect setup. We have had foxes and coons dig under before, and the chickens let us know. The dog cages are up on cinder blocks so it isn't real easy for anything to get to them. We put ours together with over 300 nylon ties so that it is Very Tight, and this method works very good. For the money this chicken run is a Tremendous Value and our chickens Love it. Great seller, very fast ship. Again you can modify this chicken run kit as you go. I have had chickens my whole life so the metal roof means this thing will last for years. For something temporary the tarp and chicken wire roof is very good, but buy about 250 more nylon ties if your going that route, BEFORE you even start. We used up the 250 it came with before we even got to the roofing. But the kit did have extra bolts and nuts in case you drop and lose one. The machine cuts and drill holes all lined up perfect. Couldn't ask for more.

I have been putting this up for my ducks. I was able to put this frame up by myself in under an hour. I did have an issue with the corner stabilizers in that 2 of them did have the corner holes in the incorrect bolt position. I just made sure to tighten the nut securely. The instructions were fine with the pictures. There is even a wrench included for the bolts and nuts. I have not got to the chicken wire yet, but that is not a sufficient predator deterrent and will be using electric fencing around the coop in addition. This 10x13 has plenty of room for 3 ducks and a coop. The top cover will be great for rain and I will be adding side covers for wind.

It was a lot harder to put together than we anticipated! It took 2 of us over 6 hours to do it! I like the cage. I feel like it will keep my chickens in. But I don’t know if it will keep predators out. The wire is a bit thin and weak. It does look nice and tidy in my yard. I will need to add another lock in the door to start to predator proof the cage.

We bought this pen as a chicken run extension but after an unexpected spring snowfall of roughly 1 ft. the entire top collapsed. Luckily we didn't lose any chickens but this was supposed to be a weather safe run that supposedly was sturdy. Our cheap greenhouse has held up for 5 years through major snowfalls and shows no sign of wear. This was supposed to be sturdier but is now a big pile of useless metal. The "warranty" is also apparently a fraud. Trying to reach the vendor I was re-routed to Amazon with no option to file for damage (aka, complete breakdown). We now are out of pocket a couple hundred dollars and have to find a way to dispose of a broken down, useless pen while we build a new coop extension.

My husband always says you get what you pay for and this coop wasn't exspensive. But surprisingly better then we expected. The corner braces are a big plus in making it sturdier then other options available. It was simple to assemble and the coated wire was easy to work with. Though it is thin and won't keep anything put of the coop it will keep the chickens in. My LGD will keep them safe, until we reinforce it with hardware cloth. The shade is also a big plus and seems thick. The frame isn't as sturdy as I had hoped and could have used additional braces on front and back. And the latch to the door leaves a lot to be desired. But overall for the price it is a good coop. And when we finish the chicken house will purchase a 2nd one. You couldn't build a coop for the price. We spent 4xs the price to build our ducks their pen and it is only 6x12.
