Product defects; unable to complete the construction as pre drilled holes not aligned. Terrible customer service and had to pay to return product as it had to be repackaged as shipping box was flimsy and wouldn’t hold the product to return! Had to pay an additional $39.62 to return. I will have to also contest my credit card charge as the shipper is stating the product is not defective
