Use Straight Cleaner No. 2 any time you desire to give your item a more thorough leather cleaning. For light cleaning and conditioning, Furniture Treatment also works great on its own.

I used cleaner and conditioner on my unprotected leather sofa and loveseat. Oil stain on headrest did not come off but became less noticeable. Conditioner really soaked in . dark brown leather so potential darkening was not a problem, although I didn't notice any darkening. Will use again.

I like that this really does clean. I had some smeared chocolate between the center cushions I didn't know about until I started cleaning there, and the cleanser got it right up! (I applied on a paper towel for that part so it didn't spread chocolate everywhere). I like the smell. I think it smells so pleasant, but not overpowering. Finally, the bottle text was funny.The dislikes are the slight discoloration. I didn't see it on the test spot with the cleanser only. I saw it later in the pictures. I love my creamy white, so I was bummed to find it did indeed color this slightly darker. What I also dislike is it made my scratches in the right side cushion more noticeable. Not cool!! Finally, the cleanser and conditioner both need a TON of product to get the smallest area. I bought the smaller bottles and I need so much more product than I expected. I needed half of each bottle. I basically get one more clean out of the bottles and I'll have to buy more. One last thing, the message on the bottle to buy more product to stimulate our dying economy left a bad taste in my mouth! Innovate or something, don't just tell people to buy more!

I purchased two products to restore my leather couch and chair that sit under my living room skylights, not sure what to use. I chose the Chamberlains Leather Milk over the other product and am quite pleased. It was easy to apply and has restored the depth of color and suppleness of the leather. I used this on 4 high end, top grain leather chairs that had aged and have scratches. The cleaner worked relatively well....but then the old car seat cleaner that Lexus gave me about 20 years ago also produced similar results. The conditioner went on easily, and made the chairs look very nice. But that only lasted about 24 hours - after which the scratches came back and the leather went back to looking partially aged.I'm not sure how people get the pics of almost brand new looking furniture - starting with items that need to be left by the curbside - but I certainly couldn't produce those results even after some hard buffing.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase! My mom had a leather couch that had been in a small flood in the basement. Workers placed wet items in the couch, and weren't removed for a LONG time. (Years)When I discovered the couch, it was in pretty bad shape...had some pretty bad mold/stains on it in a few places. I applied these products after a quick water and vinegar bath/wipe down...and WOW.The couch looks brand new! The leather is soft, shiny, and absolutely beautiful. I honestly couldn't be happier.**I was not given this product for free or for a review. I paid full price, and am not a professional reviewer.**

We have a buttery leathered lazy boy recliner. From the get go, I was never happy with the Excelsior crap they tell you to use to keep it looking new. I found it did a poor job. I then tried Lexol with similar crappy results. It was looking dry and cracked especially on the seat and arm rests. I opted for Chamberlains over other products because after readings several reviews, it does not leave a sticky residue. I was skeptical about any product working but OMG! This stuff is seriously amazing and worth the money. I wish I had before and after pictures. But our chair looks like new! The cracks are gone and the leather has returned to its smooth buttery finish with zero residue. I'm sold and will only be buying these products for all our leather goods!

Habe dieses Produkt auf einer 10 Jahre alten, hellen Ledercouch angewendet, ich bin beeidruckt, wie sauber sie jetzt ist. Sie glänzt wieder und eine Menge Unreinheiten sind entfernt. Das Mittel riecht angenehm und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich habe vorher ein anderes Mittel verwendet (Autolederpflegemittel) und mit diesem habe ich nicht ähnliche Ergebnisse erzielt. Das Produkt ist sicher nicht billig, aber es ist Qualität und daher empfehle ich es. Wer billig kauft, kauft teuer.

Handhabung einfach. Leder wurde wieder geschmeidiger und die brüchigen, aufgerauhten Stellen optisch besser. Mehr war nicht zu erwarten. Muß dazu sagen, dass die Couch auch schon über 20 Jahre alt ist und täglich genutztt wird. Hätte früher mit der Pflege anfangen sollen.Dieses Pflegemittel Set kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Be sure to read the updates! My original comments are retained but now outdated.Not impressed. Sure, there is no problem with this product, it is like any other one. But....that is the problem, it is like every other type out there. I paid top dollar and i could have gotten a cheap set to solve the problems I have. In fact, neither the cheap nor this one solves the problem!!My problem is that on a new couch I am getting "shredding" or "peeling" somewhat like felt does when it piles up. This is tiny pieces of leather falling off the headrest. So, I try to moisturize it to keep the leather healthy, and clean it to prevent damage. This product has done absolutely nothing to help.These may be great at restoration, but as maintenance they are failing....but to be fair nothing has worked for my problem yet.Update 1: (Deleted, no longer applicable)Update 2: I received a full refund, despite finally getting in contact with them after the time limit. I also received seemingly expert advice on what product will work! I have to say, despite my original misgivings their care has listed this review from the negatives to downright perfect. I am ordering the replacement one recommended, if I can locate it. It seems that my oils are too much for this particular protectant, but will work great with the rest of my set. I need a stronger version for my head rest. i will also continue to work with the vendor to ensure I am using the product properly, and hopefully they will retain contact until I can get a product that works....but so far their customer service has created a semi-loyal customer. The product needs only to work now....
