I had a terrible experience purchasing this laptop from amazon. After waiting all day the driver finally came by at 8:00 p.m. I received a notification that delivery was attempted by my doorbell never rang and I saw the truck right outside the building. I had to run several blocks in the freezing cold to flag the amqzon driver down to get my computer. Once I opened the computer and started the setup process I immediately noticed that some of the keys on the keyboard would not work so I could not finish the setup. Also, after shutting down the computer it automatically starts back up when you open the lid without even powering it on. I talked with the manufacturer about this and the only way to correct this is by repairing or replacing the laptop. I am returning the laptop to Amazon and will not be going through them again for my next laptop purchase. They should find drivers who know what they're doing and can read home addresses correctly. This has happened to me several times. Also, the delay between returning, getting a refund and replacing the item through Amazon is too long. Now I have the inconvenience of waiting for my original purchase price to be refunded before I can purchase another laptop. Extremely irritating!

As an insurance agent, I needed a reliable, secure and lightweight laptop to take with me to client appointments. This has facial recognition, fingerprint reader, PIN and password protection. It also has a touchscreen for easy presentations and is very light weight for its 16" size, which also allows for a regular keyboard with number pad.

I just bought this laptop yesterday after writing this and the overall performance is great. Nearly everything I want in a laptop, but I had some little issues like an semi-even touch pad that when you tapped it, gave a light sound that you can tell it’s not screwed in enough. And then the memory causes the laptop to increase the fan speed, there is a high pitched scrapping sound. I know it is not anything else around me because the moment I walked out of my room,I didn’t hear it.

I've enjoyed this laptop and it has an overall feel of quality. The vendor upgraded the SSD and improved the value for me. I'd say there's big drawback that you should be aware of going in, I gather the ram is soldered to the board and is not easily upgraded. So, make sure you ger enough ram out of the gate. I also bought the Lenovo pen to go with it and it has been a good performer for tablet drawings.
