Successful install. App works, rfid works, chargers works. Wish the whip was a little longer, but I was able to land it. Is high quality cable, very happy with the charger. Considering price of an outlet and wire, hardwiring this straight to panel was a great value. About a 45 minute install, needs 1" knockout If you are using watertight connector like shown in my photo.

Easy to install and very easy to use! The “cord” is also very long making it easy to charge my car when it’s outside the garage. Way more affordable than the Tesla charger! Very happy with this purchase!

I picked this up for my father, who's previous charger for his Chevy Bolt had started to have problems. So far, this one has been great. The mounting bracket is a bit on the flimsy side and the manual is the finest of Engrish mechanical translation - fortunately it doesn't require much in the line of instructions.The charger works well, but has the odd quirk that it requires you to tap one of the RFID cards included to the faceplate to make the charger start running. I have not been able to find a way to turn that functionality off. It might be possible, but see earlier point about the manual's translation.Not a huge deal, just an inconvenience. I don't believe I would purchase this one, given the alternatives available on the market for the same price point from better known companies with solid reputations, but it isn't a bad charger and has been doing a good job so far!

This is a great fast charger (Level 2, not DC Fast Charging) for most electric vehicles except Tesla. This can be used for Tesla but requires an adapter.The charger is great, it charges fast, but I hate the fact that you need to tap the RFID card to start the charging session. When installing this at home, it is almost pointless to need this to be required.There wasn't really a documented way to work around this, so I am dropping my review down to 3 stars.

i do not usually write a review but I want to write a positive review on this charger. This charger is very easy to install and set up. It has been a month since installation. I am very happy with purchase. it is solid charger working as its advertised. I do not think there is another charger with this quality for the price.
