Love this mop spinner, it's works as intended good length for handle and easy to use mop. The only thing I would change is the mop head you should be able to remove and wash. Locks and stays in place.

Used it for the first time to clean a mens restroom. It is a great product.PROS: East to wring out the mop with the spinning wringer, mop head us fluffy and cleans floor nicely, the buket is well designed with a spout built into the end to drain without getting anything on handles.CONS: Not abe to get into the corners like a traditional mop due to the round design.

There's many things I love about this mop, examples like it really brings out the water and just as easily as quickly, mop head thoroughly washes the floor without being sopping wet, it's fairly sturdy and can be washed in the washing machine. But it takes patience and some skill to go across the floor & keep the mop head from flipping on its side, rendering it useless until you lift it up, again and fan out the strands & seat it on the floor & try again. I would have liked to have paid less than I did for the constant interruption.

I initially bought this mop due to its positive reviews and the convenience of a spin feature without a foot pedal. However, after a few months of use, I’ve found it lacking compared to the O-Cedar model, despite some good design ideas.Pros: • The tank has a centered handle to prevent accidental spills. • The tank’s design contains water well during spin-drying, preventing splashes. • A drainage hole in the tank allows for controlled, mess-free disposal of dirty water.Cons: • The round mop head struggles to reach corners effectively. • The mop head collects dirt but doesn’t rinse out well, making it effective for only one pass. • The mop handle is not adjustable.The quality of this product is great overall. I use mine often and I can be rough while cleaning sometime but it has help up well. I’ll be switching to an o-cedar mop though.

I received the mop in the mail and was ready to mop and super excited. I have been wanting one for a while. Sadly when I opened it up and started to use it I found the handle was broken. It would not spin. I called customer service but they were closed.I sent an email and put it all back in the box assuming they would tell me to send it back.The next day customer service had contacted me and I gave them the serial number. Instead of telling me to throw it away or ship it back. They told me that Quality Control wanted to see what was wrong with it and how it broke. They sent me out a replacement with a shipping label to mail the broken part to Quality to inspect it.To me, that shows me that this company actually cares about its products. In the past in similar situations, I have been told to just throw the broken part away.The product is fine. It is a mop, it mops, it spins. It is sturdy. Used it with no issues.
