These bottles look great on my counter and serve a great purpose when I’m cooking. To have my oils handy to add to the pan is great. The volume they hold is sufficient so you’re not always filling them. They also come with stick on labels to identify what’s in the bottle.

I like pour spouts for making cocktails, and covered spouts are especially good for liquors with high sugar or fat content, or other ingredients that might attract insects, or for liquids that you want to limit air exposure (keep in mind that it's not fully airtight, but it will help somewhat for short term use).The weights are a nice feature, meaning you don't have to do anything while using - they just work on their own to open while pouring and close automatically when you set the bottle down.

Probably the best aspect of this is the control it gives in pouring. It isn't super fast at dispensing liquid - it does limit the flow, but that enables more precision in pouring. It doesn't seem to drip, so good job there.The cover - well I am not quite sure what it does, I suppose it keeps most of the dust out, but it doesn't seal the opening and doesn't fit precisely over the spout so there are still gaps when it is closed. I can't see it being very good for storing alcohol - it will evaporate out, but for oil and other low volatility liquids that don't go bad on exposure to air it should be fine.It is fairly easy to put in the bottle and remove, while still sealing around the mouth of the bottle and holding in place while pouring - at least with the bottle I tested it on. For liquids that just rinse off readily, it is easy to clean, but if it had been used with oil or something else that had gummed on a bit, that could leave some difficult to reach nooks for cleaning.For storing in tight spaces, keep in mind that it adds about 2.5" to the height of the bottle, so if it is a close fit without the stopper, it won't fit with it in (I ran into this issue in my fridge and had to remove it for storing). However, since it isn't air tight, it is probably best to store with the original lid in place anyway, especially if storing for extended periods.Where I see this being quite useful is for large gatherings where there is a fair bit of dispensing to be done and you don't want spills, over-dispensing and drips - this will help with that.It does tend to "glug" a little when pouring, but with the relatively slow dispensing speed it doesn't really cause problems (the air return tube probably adds to the control of that, though not eliminating it).Price wise, it does seem a little high. Build quality could be a little better, the metal is thin and can bend easily - particularly watch if putting it away in a tight storage space with the stopper in place as it can be damaged by bumping into things.
