Had to send my power washer back. I requested for customer service and have not heard from them. So I have given up. The problem I am having is the extension rod won't stay in place

Bought like new and battery does not charge. Since it was a father's day gift, we did not open and test it until it was outside the warranty. Called Amazon and says they cannot doany battery replacement or exchange and to try and contact the company myself.

The gasoline power washer at home suddenly broke down.So I bought this directly, which is much more convenient than the original one in my house, The original one at my house which was very bulky.This is easy to operate and move, and I am very satisfied with this shopping.
