I have an older version of this luggage scale and it ended up getting sticky from something, so I found this and was so happy with my purchase. The hook makes it so easy and it’s not difficult to use. Thanks!

Unfortunately it doesn't work properly.When i lift 2 kg it show 1.6.Don't buy it

I had the older version you see in the second manufacturer photo that's grey on top and beige on the bottom but it's been over a decade and the rubber got sticky. I initially bought the other brands that are popular on amazon that has the fabric loop but after one trip I found those to be cumbersome because of the constant unlooping between bags. I travel with a lot of luggage so it's a lot easier to hook and unhook vs loop and unloop to quickly weigh each bag. Also, those other brands have the weight loop off center so it makes it difficult to lift heavy bags in a balanced manner with the 2 handed method. Speaking of the 2 handed method, with the other brands, the battery cover slips off every time and got quite annoying quickly. This MUV scale has a pinch lock on the battery cover so that was never an issue. This scale also shows when the battery level is low but you should always travel with a spare battery anyways. This new version is thinner than the older version and made without the rubber so it won't ever get sticky. With all hand scales you should leave about 2 lbs of leeway because whose to say the airport scale is accurate either.
