Brend new in box first try today and the ram will not press the caliper closed at all, I need a rep to reach out to replace or warranty to send another out that has been tested and ready for use

I have used a few tools like this one, BUT.. this one it better than snap on, MAC tools, or any other box truck. Its smooth to use, and really strong. It works on most calipers, I use it on front and rear calipers. If I had to say anything bad about this tool, is the turning handle should lock somehow in the up or down position, that's it, It would make an awesome tool even better.

A must have tool when working on the rear brake pads. Just make sure you have a sufficient air compressor for the tool.
