First one I ordered came slightly broken. I got a replacement quickly for a friend's birthday. It is very cheap plastic, and it was very hard to remove the backings to get photos in the frame (needed to use pliers!). it looks really nice from afar, and I love the letterboard detailing, but i wish i'd know how cheap and flimsy this was....i'd have bought something else

I'll start by saying I saw other reviews saying this is flimsy. So, for the price I feel it is what it is. I wouldn't complain that it's flimsy. The lettering was all great, and the overall look of it is amazing. The size is accurate to the description and I'm happy with it.

This was a birthday gift for my sister who recently moved to a nursing home. She was thrilled to see the collage of family pictures and enjoys putting new quotes in the text area. There is an ample supply of letters and punctuation marks. She says that finding the letters and sticking them in the slot is fun and good for her brain. The first quote she posted? "My family tree holds a huge amount of nuts."The frame is light and durable. It is easy to change the pictures. We used a little tape to hold each picture in place.

My fiance bought this for me as a gift for our anniversary. The customizable letterboard makes this unique and giftable. The frame overall is pretty sturdy, so it's a great value for the price, but I had to ding stars for a couple of really annoying aspects of it. The letterboard is a pretty thin plastic, and even without any letters on it, it bends and buckles out while hanging on the wall. So that part looks pretty cheap/bad. I could probably hot glue it to the frame, but that's pretty annoying to have to do that. I also had to tape the photos to the frame glass because there is a hole 2 inch space between the backing of the frame and the glass (meaning your photos just slide around).

Exactly what you would expect, a nice looking frame and letter board - a little on the cheap side but still perfectly functional. Good for the price point. The back panel is held on by a bunch of little clips (like 15) and as someone else mentioned on here, when you put your photos in you might want to tape them in place because they don't "seat" perfectly.But the finish on the frame is much nicer than expected and the letter board works perfectly, plenty of letters in what you receive.The first one I got was damaged - broken glass and even the letter board had a big dent in it. Shipping box was fine so the dent obviously happened before shipping, glass could be any time. But the seller was great to deal with, immediately sent a free replacement, and a return label. The 2nd one came within days, was packed better and undamaged, and I returned the first one and just got confirmation that the return is complete.All in all would definitely recommend.

Para quienes nos gustan las cosas medio vintage es una bonita adquisición. Yo lo compré para poner varias fotos que tengo con mi novio y con el objetivo de que sea un regalo de aniversario, y la verdad se ve muy bonito.Efectivamente el material de las letras es de plástico, lo cual no le veo ningún problema, tampoco es que vayamos a usar el portaretrato como costal de box. Sí hay que darle una limpiadita por el polvo que acumula en el viaje, de allí en fuera, todo bien.Considero que sí vale lo que cuesta, pues ahorita en tiempos de pandemia y dada la poca variedad de opciones de marco ofertados por donde yo vivo, vale la pena la inversión.
