I assume it works. I quit using it on everything though, because I don't want to kill all of the beneficial bacteria, and make the food sterile. I only use on romaine.

My mother in law turned us on to this vegetable cleaner. Our veggies no longer have a funky taste. Scary to think what we consume when we don't give our foods a good wash. We order this cleanser bi weekly.

My mom has been using this product for years! She would buy it in Tijuana before but we were excited to be able to find it on Amazon, especially in this size. I use it almost daily. Doesn't smell like anything or leave an aftertaste. I use it for cilantro, strawberries, grapes, lettuce and any other fruits and veggies that need that extra cleaning.

I have been using Microdyn for over 40 years ...I brought a small bottle from Mexicoand now I order the big bottlesI use it to wash out my fruits and vegetables every dayand I use it diluted a spoon in a cup of water for refreshing my throat
