When we needed an additional milk container for our Meile coffee machine, most appliance dealers didn't want to mess with such a small purchase. I looked on Amazon and there it was. Prompt delivery at a good price. Very pleased.

Wie bei Miele üblich: Produkt guter Durchschnitt, aber hoffnungslos überteuert. Bei dem Preis hätte die Einrastung in der Maschine mechanisch überarbeitet werden und, vor allem, endlich eine Gummidichtung zwischen Glasrand und Schraubdeckel eingeführt werden mussten. Das Grundproblem ist auch immer noch nicht behoben: das mittige Ansaugrohr ist zu kurz, weshalb der Behälter nie leer wird und die Milch nach 2 Tagen, trotz Kühlschrank, immer schlecht wird. Ich kann nicht mehr zählen, wieviele Cappuccini schon weggeschüttet wurden, weil eben die Milch schlecht geworden war. Frisch aus dem Kühlschrank ist es oft durch Geruchsprobe leider nicht festzustellen.

Generally, I love my Miele coffee maker, but the milk container has some real issues. Most importantly, if I fill the container more than half way, it won’t stay screwed shut. No matter how much I tighten it, the glass container unscrews and falls off from the plastic top. I have to hold it in place every time I use it. Second, the bottom of the glass container is designed such that the coffee maker thinks the jar is empty while there’s still a significant amount of milk remaining. Finally (and this is likely related to poor seal) the milk in the jar spoils much more quickly than it should. Given the high price of this item, I would have expected a better designed product.

Leider reichen die Pumpdüsen nicht bis an den Boden, daher bleibt immer Milch im Behälter übrig. Das sollte dringend geändert werden! Da keine Alternative verfügbar ist, musste ich diesen Behälter trotzdem kaufen.
