This saw is very handy and has made my life SOOOOO much easier! My wife helps me debranch trees I fall for firewood throughout the Winter now! Such a timesaver. Work gets done twice as fast thanks to this saw! I highly recommend! 😂As for its construction and how well it works, it is pretty good. Typical of any other type of chainsaw out there with metal moving parts and plastic shell/buttons/etc.. It is very lightweight too and she doesn't complain about it either. I have no issues using it myself and I do grab for it whenever there is a lot of overhead work within arms reach. I plan on taking it for camping/hiking trips in the Summer. Much more versatile and easier to use than my handsaw I have for collecting firewood in the wilderness.The thing about cutting down trees however, is that there are a lot of branches to cut. The batteries for this are not quite adequate enough for such a demanding job. We usually find that by the time both batteries are used up, the first one on the charger is still charging for a second go. It never quite fully charges, but we usually call it a day before we reuse those batteries a couple times each anyways (with each charge getting shorter due to inadequate charging) or I just finish off the work myself because we do not want to ruin this neat little saw and its batteries.As for the blades that came with this, with all the extensive use we put them through, they dulled quite fast compared to name brand chains. Pretty much had to change out a blade for every couple trees. I bought better chains due to this but these supplied ones would suffice for you if you only ever plan on using the saw for small jobs around the house. Nothing difficult to sharpen these tiny chains either but it just wasn't worth it to us.All in all, we are very happy with this purchase and do recommend!Thank you for reading my review! 🙏

Really easy to use this unit. We cut our christmas tree out in the mountains with it. Very pleased with its performance and recommend it to others looking for a light weight chain saw. I do recommend draining the chain oil from the reservoir if storing it for more than a day; like other chain saws the reservoir will drain into the storage box.

Bought this saw specifically for making Xmas tree easier to cut down. Find myself using it all around the yard when the gas power chainsaw is too much. Works great!
