I ordered these just to have another option for tie downs for the slotted tracks on my kayak, along with the side tracks on a roof top tent. I am leery about using these for anything more than bungee cord tension for the long term because of the plastic construction. I would hesitate to rely on them to torque down a strap. Four stars if you can live with that.

I have a 10' Ascend fishing kayak and the tracks built in are just a bit too wide for these to work, have to be sure they are secure and seem to come off from time to time.

OK, so far I'm impressed! Quality seems great, except that a rubber "O" ring used instead in place of an actual rubber washer, IMHO! Going to add the other ones to my kayak in a different manner, more pics to come later! Considering using sealant to keep them in place!

Good. Make sure to hand tighten a good amount of pressure on those threads or they’ll rattle loose. Would recommend putting a stopper at the end of the sliding rail attachment. Would recommend so far, beats assembling them yourself for the price and comes right to your door gtg

I used these to run an anchor rope along the front tracks of my kayak. Mine (nucanoe U10) has a handle at the very front that I ran it under, which works well with these as an improvised anchor chute. Now if I can just find a good way to manage the extra rope, I'll be set!
