The set includes two belts, white and pink. Each has an elastic band texture and fastens with a gold heart-shaped buckle. The buckle doesn't actually 'clip' together like a belt. One side open like a ring or a loop, and then you thread the heart shape from the other end through it, and they slot together. It makes the belt easy to put on and remove. There is a little clip on one side that can be used to tighten or loosen the belts - they ship at their tightest diameter but you can make them wider.I think they're supposed to be children's belts, given how thin the body of the belt is, but they're the perfect size to use as a waist belt in my case. The colour from the pink one didn't transfer to my clothes, and the belts didn't snag on anything after multiple wears. I'm pretty happy with these, they're really cute without being overbearing.

My daughter is petite and is too small for 2T clothes and too big for 18 mo so the belts help keep her jeans on!

I bought these belts for my seven and six-year-old granddaughters. They are super cute, but they are hard to latch on to close the belt..

When our family dresses for church each week, my daughter's dresses, in particular, often lack any kind of belt or sash to accent the middle of the dress. This is not unusual for girls' clothes, as it seems most of them are just meant to hang loosely. These belts are a great accent and break up the shape of the dress from a drab, loose hanging, drape to a fitted shape with a sweet little heart design in the center. These are very cute and functional and the price is ok. I'd like to see more of these in other colors with choices of buckle designs but these are a great start for a good and useful accessory.
