Only needed to use the bridge saddle. It was the perfect length but was too wide and high. Required a good amount of sanding, but was well worth it. Definitely was bone and not plastic. Guitar sounds good as new!

I bought a budget brand floor model steel string acoustic guitar that had not been set up well. The first handful of frets were sharp even after I filed down the nut as much as possible. I decided to try out this Mr. Power bone set instead. After swapping out the nut and saddle with these, the intonation and action were perfect, with no adjustments required. And the bone material sounds way better than plastic. Highly recommend!

I installed the saddle immediately when I received it (many months ago). It's working just fine.Looks and sounds (drop test) like bone. Anyway, it works. I doubt I can tell the difference between good plastic vs bone any way.

This is a quality product I think, as the standard part of my 400$ guitar was much worse than this. Great value, great sound, no installation issues.

Recently bought an Epiphone DR - 100. An entry level guitar but with a really good action, which made playing quite easy. I bought these to replace the plastic ones which came with the guitar. A good improvement with a slightly brighter sound. Easy to fit without any sanding etc. would definitely recommend

Arrived on time and I have used only the bridge (bridge was what I needed - nut was a welcome extra). All dimensions were as advertised. Was easy to mark and carefully file for the height I required (needed to lower the strings). Has positively transformed the sound and ease of playing my guitar.

Update: this worked so nicely on my Yamaha FD01S that I added the set to my Bristol BM-16CE. An hour later, after sanding the saddle and cutting the nut slots to the correct height, it plays and sounds better than ever!-------Great and inexpensive upgrade to the Yamaha FD01S. Took a good inexpensive guitar and made it great! The saddle dropped in with no modification needed. The height of the nut was perfect and I just needed to sand it to fit in the slot. String height is perfect without modifying the string slots.

Quality seems OK but the parts are just a little undersized for a standard neck and bridge.

I needed to bring the strings down closer to the neck on my new Acoustic Epiphone Master built J-45. The neck had no bow to it. I needed to sand the bottom of a compensated bone bridge saddle. I ordered the Mr. Power set to insure it was really bone that I would be sizing the height down on. This saddle and nut arrived within two or three days . I sanded the bridge and slid it into place with a new set of medium light Di Amari strings. The guitar has a wonderful, easy and light action with no buzzes. Also the clarity and volume you get with a bone nut and saddle is heavenly. The guitar is now easier to play and sounds as nice as a Gibson J- 35 or "Working Man" Acoustic I sold a couple of years ago. I wish I would have done the saddle sanding on the J-35. Anyway the bone nut and saddle truly improve your tone and volume. They fit my Epiphone Master built J-45 perfectly with no width or length difference.
