I am very pleased to have this adapter. It is very precise, and it's working well with my smaller tapered tooling. I'll definitely buy another one or two in different sizes.

I bought two of these - one orginally and then a replacement, and returned both. In both items, the center female MT4 hole was bored off center by thousandths of an inch was evident both by run out and measuring the wall thickness. Other than that - they appeared to be well made and finished.
