I'm 5'8 and got size M. Seems tight but I like the snug fit so I dont mind it.But the inside material is completely different material than the outside layer material. It is very scruffy and scratchy and I'm afraid I might need a good couple months to break them in to make them smooth.Not to mention the 5$ return fee. Ended up just keeping the shorts
