I bought this MP3 player for my daughter; for one it was a HUGE hassle to download music; you had to separately buy a SD card to be able to actually download any. My daughter used the MP3 player all but 4 times and the center button broke; she kept it in a case and never dropped it; it just quit working. So now it's useless. Between the player, case and SD card we spent $70 bucks (as well as wasted a bunch of time trying to get anything to download). Not satisfied in the slightest.

I purchased two of these MP3 players for my two daughters so they could listen to music while they race their four wheelers. These were perfect. Shipping was super quick and product came just like described. Would definitely recommend for a cheap, quick solution.

Only had for about a week now.....got for my daughter to listen to music on the way to school. Works great. Just had some trouble figuring out how to get music on it! (Now granted, I'm not good with technology!) It definitely requires an SD card before you can put music onto it. Then u can download music off your computer and onto the device. Easy to use and the battery life is good!

So the HEADLINE is this review in a nutshell. BUT there are some details to know that may make it a bit less aggravating.PROS: Sound is AWESOME! (Don't even waste your time with the included "CRACKERJACK" headphone). PHYSICAL BUILD is AWESOME nice and sturdy!CONS: FIRMWARE is HORRIBLE! And not consistent from player to player (I.E.Green PLAYER has a folder play option, Black PLAYER does not.WARNING! Though your songs may be on the MICRO SD CARD, if you want to play them as organized (I.E. Songs are in numbered folders (may be within sub-folders, like mine are). They will not be accessible by folder unless you download as explained below.You must place songs on card1. FORMATTED using the PLAYER's > SETTINGS > FORMAT option.2, INSTALL PLAYER; SD CARD removed from player, PLUG player into USB PORT (If it does not install correctly try a different USB PORT.3. INSERT; Previously FORMATTED SD CARD into play, then copy folder sequentially from source onto SD CARD that must be wiithin the player.NOW your FOLDERS will show up sequentially accessible.BLACK PLAYER: Press upper NAV BUTTON then you should see CARD FOLDER option . select to access your MAIN and SUB-FOLDERS.GREEN PLAYER: (Don't NAV to the MUSIC option>Go to the FOLDER VIEW option. Briefly press the lower NAV BUTTON and your FOLDERS/SUB-FOLDER will be accessible. Like the look and feel of the player, sound good with good earbuds, but then it fails from there. Must insert the SD card and format, seems the best way to to get the files to transfer. After getting card loaded from pc (no problems) Inserted the card into player and recognized on startup, but the mp3 player interface does not like folders and seeing all files. reformated card and loaded songs directly in the root. Player saw all songs and played them if you scroll and select each, there is a random feature but it picks the random songs and just runs those 15 or so songs will not play the rest of your songs in that mode, even after power off. In normal mode will play each song in alphabetical order of artist and is also seems to be limited to same amount of songs. Now the power issue. Site says 40 hours of play time per charge. Three hours of charge time or overnight no different result six hours of play time max then it just shuts off. If you want a player that set it and forget it this ain't the one, to much user interface required.

We got this for a daughter for her birthday...her eyes lit up like a Christmas tree when she saw it. What a great present it was! Or so we thought. Not only does it have ZERO memory and will not work unless you have an expansion card, but the card that is SHOWN in the images above (a typical SD card), isn't the one that actually works. We know because we tried to use it. Nope. Damn near ruined the card we tried to use.Why use an image of an SD card that does not work? On top of that, the circular navigation on front is just absurdly designed. You don't press the center to "select" something...that took a while to figure out. The instructions are virtually worthless and it uses a charging cord that was typical...circa 2000. Not even a micro USB cord, it was the thicker kind that was in use before that.Lesson learned. Try to save money and you'll regret it. Just bite the bullet and buy one that has good reviews and actually comes with built-in memory. Or, one that actually uses a real normal SD card and not something that was so out of date that unless you look for one off eBay you'll never find it new.In short: AVOID THIS mp3 player at ALL COSTS. An utterly enormous waste of money.

Simple but fantastic little MP3 player: my son recommended it, and it works wonderfully! You need the rather small size memory card as well, as in itself it has no memory what so ever, but the little memory card, slotted in makes it perfect! transferring music from your CDs on it is an easy task, with a simple app, or one can download it straight on-line. The MP3 player itself is incredibly light, easy to carry around. It comes with earplugs and a cable to connect to your computer for recharging the battery, inside. I am not a hi-tech person to give you all technical details, which i hope others will comment on and supply, but as a 'simple' user, i am extremely happy with my purchase and keep uploading loads of wonderful music on it for my frequent travelling, 'changed my life'! It can also deal with podcast, as it has an inbuilt radio in it, too, which one can listen to on route. Very warmly recommend it! Delivery was also swift, no trouble at all!
