Y spine chiropractic strap is used to stretch the neck by putting a long-axis stretch/movement (distraction force) through the spinal joints associated ligaments and muscles.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS STRAP ADJUSTMENTS AND REGULAR ADJUSTMENTS?
Regular chiropractic adjustments usually involve rotation or side to side (torsional) movements. Neck stretcher strap adjustments involve movement in the axis of ordinates (up and down).
HOW IS NECK STRETCHER STRAP USED?
This Stretch Belt can be utilized in two different ways. One method is known as ‘high velocity low amplitude’ (HVLA) adjustment, which involves a swift upwards motion that allows for decompression of the discs. This creates a vacuum effect that allows nutrients to flow back into the discs quickly for rehydrating and healing.
The second method involves a slow, sustained Spine Strap hold that feels like the spine is slowly getting lengthened. It is very gentle and requires very little to no force.
WHO CAN PERFORM SPINE STRAP ADJUSTMENTS?
This neck stretcher strap is a tool practised mainly by chiropractors. If you’re interested in this kind of adjustment, you should certainly seek out the services of a registered chiropractor.
Spinal adjustments and stretching can be used as a management tool for mechanical neck pain, stiffness and tension. If you do not have symptoms it is not recommended you have spinal adjustments or stretching.

Best purchase ive ever made on Amazon. Helped alleviate pain and tensed neck. Try to pull very gently, don’t pull hard to get that crack like the chiropractor. I’m not a professional so i go gently at home

If you have issues with your back, then this is the perfect tool to help you stretch and get those sore muscles healed, as long as you have a nice, strong individual that can give you a good tug. I wrecked my motorcycle a few years ago and hurt my neck. Been looking for pain relief and this contraption looked to be the problem solver. Unfortunately after 1st time use, the product straps broke. The threads used to sow the straps broke and caused my wife to fall back and almost broke her neck trying to fix mine. Zero stars if I could. Extremely disappointed.

This was a gift for a friend that is a Doctor of Chiropractic. This is essentially her thoughts...This is very well made & the design well thought through. The inside has neoprene that gives traction against the skin, so it's easier than what my friend (the DC) was using (a scarf)."Having used a scarf for a traction adjustment and been both the doctor and the patient, I (the DC) can attest to the fact that less pressure is needed to make the correction, it is more comfortable for both and is both light and easily packable."(Again, this was a gift I bought for a Doctor of Chiropractic & her words were used in this review)
