This replaced a more expensive one from another manufacturer that I could not get to go under my jawline and when pumped didn't really provide traction. This product has a very good way of tightening the circumference, and starting the traction before pumping. I wish it were HSA FSA though. It is not flimsy, but I do wonder how long it will last before the plastic breaks.

It's not really a one size fits all body sizes and it's uncomfortable while having it on but when I take it off, my neck pain has reduced significantly or is gone completely. If you have neck pain, I would absolutely recommend buying this. The discomfort while wearing it is worth it when your neck pain goes away. Wish I would have bought it sooner.

I have a pinched nerve in my neck and it radiates down my shoulder. This product only causes jaw pain and raises the front of your head. It does nothing for your spine. It puts pressure on your nerves on your shoulders because of the pressure. It makes it worse. Also, it is so large.

My husband found and ordered this for me after the doctor said that something like this could help me and wouldn't hurt to try. I was skeptical but tried it, anything to help with the pain. This thing is amazing, it took a couple of tries and him helping me to get it on and situated right, the best part is it has so many ways to adjust it. Once I have it on and my neck relaxes a smidge I can make adjustments to keep sketching my neck out just a bit. Feels so much better when I use this several times a day. The button to air it up is touchy so I usually disconnect the controller once I have it where I want it, that way the button doesn't get accidentally pushed and more air into it. Now that I have used it so much it doesn't seem as sensitive. It is easy to let air out, you push in on the tube connector where the pump connects.

I've had poor neck posture for a long time, and I know it's the root of many of my current ailments. I've tried improving my neck posture on my own, but working a desk job makes it easy to forget, and I end up slumping over most of the day. I wanted something to help keep my neck in an optimal position throughout the day – and this device has been a game changer.I was skeptical at first since it costs so much, but I'm impressed with the product and think it's worth the money. It has so many different adjustment points so I can customize it to my specific needs. I love that the chin portion can be adjusted up and down to get the perfect position and provide a good neck stretch. I often wear it in between meetings and at home on the weekend. After each session I feel so much better.I'm not going to lie, I do look a little silly wearing it, but to me that's a small price to pay for the benefits it provides.
