Item received was used and not new. I’ll return it and requested a change for a new one. Will keep posted if the merchandise will be new and also in a new box.

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished coffee maker but my old Nespresso machine gave out after many years and I needed my espresso! The coffeemaker works perfectly and I would suggest that others consider refurbished coffee makers. Saves money and provides the function you need.

I purchased this machine renewed here on Amazon over a year ago. It still works great and I don't take it easy on this machine. I use it multiple times every day at the office and when we go camping (RV) it comes with me. It takes a beating but keeps making very good coffee. If there is a negative to mention it would be that there is quite a bit over overflow in the drip tray that needs to be dumped almost every time you brew a cup, much more than my other (newer) machine that stays at my house.I don't know if this model is still available but if it is I would buy another one in a heartbeat.Note - Rate features lists "Blending Power". I gave 5 stars assuming they mean "Brewing quality".

Poor quality product. Coffee always came out tasting burnt, no matter what capsule we used. Machinery felt flimsy compared to the machine I owned in England, 10 years ago. Many plastic parts. Returned.

Had to get a refund for this - plugged it in and as soon as I put the water reservoir in, it started leaking all over my counter, coming from the middle of the unit. Probably pretty unsafe since there's no telling where the water was leaking from inside the machine.
