I use this for sensation play, and it makes my husband squirm!! The pins are pretty sharp, so don’t apply pressure when first using it. Just place it on the skin, grab the top of the handle with two fingers, and just lightly push along skin- after a few minutes you’ll be able to add more pressure. It’s a fun toy! Definitely a keeper, and I’m wanting some with more with more wheels.Now, I can’t speak much on its quality because this is my first wartenburg wheel, I’m sure it could be more sturdy, but mine is intact and has not fallen apart after several weeks of use. For the price- I’m completely happy.
