For the review: certainly close enough to the OEM piece. The only obvious difference is that the control for horizontal motion has a bit more play in the switch, but they all still feel sufficiently solid. Considering the OEM replacement was about double the price at time of purchase, this is a good one.Installation Guide (2013 Hyundai Elantra)Tools Needed: Medium-sized Phillips screwdriver, Flathead screwdriver/pry tool.1. Pull back the rough fabric at the back of the seat on the left/at the back of the plastic panel housing the switch and unscrew the Phillips screw shown in the photos.2. Pry the plastic piece around the middle to back of the seat (on the side). There are 2-3 clips that need to pop out, and once they're loose it should only be held on towards the front.3. To disconnect the plastic trim at the front, you need to insert a flathead screwdriver or the back of a hammer into the back of the plastic clip that is circled in the photos. Put it in front of the metal but behind the plastic and pry it to pop that clip loose, then the plastic trim will be free from the seat.4. Unplug the seat switch unit, push down on the tab and wiggle the connector left to right to loosen it.NOTE: This is a good time to plug in the new seat switch unit and test every function. Unplug it when you're done to give yourself some more space.5. Remove the plastic pieces on the outside of the plastic trim. For the larger seat controls, get a flathead screwdriver or other pry tool behind them and they pop off with relative ease. The lumbar support can stay, as it is permanently attached to the unit.6. There are three more Phillips holding the old seat switch unit to the plastic trim piece, unscrew them and it will come free.NOTE: When reattaching the switches to the new switch unit, note that the plastic pegs shown in the photos are slightly different heights, so the longer switch only fits on one way.7. Installation is reverse from here, screw unit in, reattach switches, plug it in, reattach the plastic trim by the front clip first, push the other clips in, then put in the screw at the back. Don't be concerned if you break one of the plastic clips that holds the trim piece on, I did and it still mounts just as solid as before.

We just installed it today, and it's working wonderfully! We saved ourselves a few hundred bucks by not having to go through a dealership for repairs. So happy with our decision!

Appears to be very good quality. Excellent value. Aside from finagling the car’s cover to free it away from the seat, the actual swap was simple: Just with a Philips screwdriver to remove a few screws. 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT 5dr 1.8L Manual w/Tech Pkg. Some videos on YouTube helped. On my car the elusive screw was hidden on the back side of the seat under a business-card sized flap of fabric that didn’t match the leather seats. On the inside front of the cover (the cover that is part of the car that covers te left side of the drivers seat with holes for the seat control buttons) there is a horizontal clip such that you slide the cover towards the front of the car to remove the cover. There might be one other screw to deal with(?)
