Runs a bit small and shrunk a bit after washing. Unfortunately, doesn't really fit a head that just turned 3. Cute item though, wish I had a larger size.

Blue’s clues hat came just as picture of shown. It’s a bit big but it did say 2T to 4T. It’s fine I am happy with my purchase.

My almost 3 year old grandson loves this hat so much that he is rarely seen without having it on. Some reviewers said the pom-pom came off, so I gave it a few good tugs and it stayed put. If it ever does fall off, I will reattach it. The hat has a good thickness to it and is well fitting. The back is long enough to cover the back of his neck, and the long flaps more than cover his ears. The flaps are also where he grabs the hat and is able to put it on and pull it down with Blue perfectly front and center (almost) every time. The mittens are very nice also. I highly recommend this set to any little one who loves Blues Clues.
