The Swift UV IR-Cut filter is engineered to eliminate UV rays below 390nm and IR rays above 700nm, ensuring the preservation of the visible light spectrum. This feature makes it ideal for use with the Swift system in cameras lacking an IR filter in front of the sensor, such as Black Magic Pocket and Red cameras. Its multi-coating technology enhances color balance, particularly when using ND filters, compensating for the absence of an IR filter in these cameras. The filter can be seamlessly integrated with the Swift System adapter ring or used with the NiSi True Color VND 1-5 stops, providing versatility and superior image quality.

Stacking multiple Swift filters onto the True Color ND-Vario can introduce vignetting when shooting with wider focal lengths. Vignetting can vary from lens to lens based on design, breathing and focus distance. See the suggested focal lengths below to avoid vignetting:

I shoot with the cameras I mentioned in the title for a few years not really understanding that the issue I was having with this weird magenta color shift in the blacks was due to the IR pollution. This camera sensors don't do well with it. This filter in front of my NISIS VND is just what I needed and works flawlessly.
