I use this on a three-way switch, so either my luminaire and neon lamp can be illuminated simultaneously, or one or the other, or none at all. This neon lamp is rated at 3W @ 125VAC. When it arrives, its wires are both black with grey lettering printed on them, there is no actual Hot and Neutral wire. So it doesn't matter which wire is which, as long as you pick one to be Hot and one to be Neutral, you're good. This lamp doesn't flicker, it is not weak, but it's bright enough to be pleasant and aesthetically pleasing.All in all, nice packaging too. Should I ever need another or in a different color, NSI Industries will definitely be my go-to! And to whoever reads this, hope you're having a great day :)
