The fan itself works well, but I bought it from my husband while he’s doing his yardwork. It’s not the best. It’s not that powerful. It’s OK but not for the purpose that I bought it for which was for extremely hot days when my husband‘s working in the yard that he loves to do it actually got in the way

I purchased this for a homeless woman that I’m trying to help out and get some items that work while living outside. This item couldn’t have been any better. The strap for the neck is comfortable. The placement for ventilation is amazing for walking so you don’t have to hold it. It’s not heavy to carry either.

Ordered this due to having two speeds as described, but it only has one speed. But still a nice hands-free fan when moving around.

THIS is a very serious little piece of equipment!Every one I give them to looks skeptical, but puts them on because I insist.Then their jaw drops, and the next words out of their mouth are always a shouted…“WHERE DID YOU GET THIS???”Right…O2 Cool makes seriously well thought out, very effective stuff. I’ve been buying it for years, and it’s not always easy to find because it sells out.We are in the middle of an almost intolerable heat wave, and there are going to be more. I have given out at least twenty of these to friends, employees, and employees families.Once they try them I never see them without them again until the heat is over.JUST BUY THEM! They’re inexpensive, surprisingly lightweight, make a DRAMATIC improvement in your comfort level, and you will want to have them ready for when the next awful heat wave hits, because they DO sell out.Don’t forget the kids folks. Uncomfortable kids are whiny and cranky…Really, these little things are AMAZING! I have an air conditioned home, and these little things greatly improve even that, by forcing cool air right to where it helps you the most.Battery operated, I buy Amazon batteries, they seem to provide a longer run time, the price is good, and they have a long shelf life. Keep plenty on hand!

Lately it has been very warm and uncomfortable because of the unusual hot spring time days. Since they cannot put on the air conditioner in our building because there is a whole process they have to follow; therefore, we have to live with the heat in our building until it begins to cool down a little outside. I noticed on of our dining room servers wearing some kind of unusual looking necklace and asked her about it. She said it is a portable little fan to help keep her cool. She let me try it and I thought it was an interesting cool air device.I decided to look on Amazon for this product and I immediately found it and purchased it (02Cool battery powered deluxe necklace fan with adjustable lanyard for person cooling) because I am always too warm and thought this device would help keep me cool.The service was fantastic receiving this product the next day. Saves my life. Is really "dorky" to wear, like a bad fanny pack, but it is sooooo worth it. It works well, lasts longer with strong lithium batteries. With regular batteries probably get about 12-18 hours of use. More like 36-48 hours with the lithium batteries. We are trying rechargeable batteries now to reduce the battery cost b/c I use this so much. If it is REALLY hot out, it does blow warm air not cool air but some blowing air is better than none.
